UI flickering and flashing during normal gameplay
After the latest Sims 4 update, I'm getting a lot flickering and flashing when moving the mouse cursor between elements.
This flickering and flashing is so frequent that it causes me headaches and prevents me from playing the game. Sometimes it can be as often as 20 flickers per minute.
This flickering occurs many times per minute, at various parts of the screen and at different sizes, but often seems to be limited by the bounds or transform of some UI element.
- It occurs on the "World map household selection" menu (like Willow Creek and others)
- It occurs in the Gallery when navigating
- It occurs in playmode and buildmode without navigating the mouse over any of the elements.
I'm running a Radeon RX 480 series card with driver 24.x.x (I am currently trying to update the driver and see if it resolves it, and forgot to note down the previous version number)
I did not have this problem before the latest update.
