@ricardoolialv Do you use a third-party antivirus, and if so, is it possible the AV is blocking the EABackgroundService? You should be able to see any recent actions in the AV settings.
Error 1067 is often related to broken registry entries or other DRM or license data. So it was a good idea to manually uninstall the EA App. But if you're reinstalling with your AV still active, or with the original problem still present, then the reinstall wouldn't necessarily help.
Do you have any other apps that don't work properly, either generating this error or doing something else instead of loading? If so, what are they?
Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to your reply.

Hi @puzzlezaddict , previously I have used Kaspersky, but I have uninstalled it just in case... Now only Windows Defender is installed and working. One of the trials was completely shutdown the Windows Defender but the problem was the same.
I have used others apps as Steam, Battle.net and other without problems...
One thing that I notice is time in time Windowns install updates and Quality optimizations, maybe I can try to uninstall the recent updates and return to a condition of 3/4 months before. What do you think? I believe that the condition from 11/07/2024 was fine (17/July). below you can see the Update history.

@ricardoolialv I wouldn't suggest uninstalling the most recent updates for a couple of reasons. One is that if they alone were a problem, we'd see more examples of this exact error, and I haven't seen one in the Sims forums in at least a couple months. The other is that these updates, or newer ones, will reinstall anyway at some point.
Your dxdiag lists a number of unusual Windows errors. They're not necssarily a significant problem by themselves, but the fact that you're seeing them suggests some kind of underlying system issue. So try running a couple of basic checks of your Windows system files:
- Hit Windows key-X
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
- Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes, and enter
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
- After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
- Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator)”
- Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes, and enter
- Post the message you receive here
Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates. If any install, restart again afterwards.
When you're done, uninstall the EA App with Revo again, using the Intensive scanning method, and restart your computer before reinstalling it.

Hey @puzzlezaddict I am sorry for the delay, busy days here...
Following your suggestion, I am stucked at step "Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates. If any install, restart again afterwards." There is a update but my windowns is not updating, even if there is a update to be done...
When find a updtae the download progress stay stucked at 6% and nothing happens, looks something in windows is not working properly, I have tried to uninstal last updates and install again but no success.
If reinstall the windows can be needed as a resource, I can do it...
