I have 4 separate packs that will not load the worlds but do load the content. I have followed the cache clearing, app restarts and app recovery walkthroughs. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the packs and did several restarts of my system. still nothing. How do I rectify this situation.
Jancini Do you use mods or custom content? If so, please remove the Mods folder and try again. This issue can be caused by an outdated mod.
Otherwise, do the worlds load in a new save? Please test, still with no mods or cc, and let me know.
Yes, I do use mods, but I did remove them prior to attempting to do the fixes. This did nothing to help the issue. No, they do not load in new save files. I did another total strip of the game last night and uninstalled everything, rebooted my PC and reloaded Sims 4 then the world packs and still the worlds for those specific 4 packs never loaded (no mod content what so ever), however this time there was both no world and no content from those 4 packs even though the download manager showed 100% downloaded and the list of packs shows it as installed. The four are Lovestuck, Life and Death, Strangerville, and Realm of Magic. Also would like to note that I had purchased, downloaded and played Enchanted by Nature for a month straight and then it just disappeared entirely from my list of owned packs. I looked into it and then got a message saying I never purchased it, when in fact I had purchased and played it for a month. I found my receipt, but I see I was never charged for it on my credit card, so I did not pursue that one because I did not really care for this pack after playing if for a while.
