tkassam I have no idea what that attachment is, but it's not what I was looking for. The Reliability Monitor info is very short and to the point; this looks like you copied and pasted it from something else entirely.
puzzlezaddict Sorry, I couldn't find a way to save a report just the reliability history from a button on the bottom of the Reliability Monitor info window. I googled it and came up with this method to generate a report. Is this what you're looking for? I doubt it because this report is huge also. So can you please tell me how to get the report you are looking for? Other than that, all I can do is copy/paste the technical details from July 28 when the game crashed:
