Eco Lifestyle not downloading

I preordered Eco LifeStyle and now it won't download. Any help here?

For anyone who still can't download Eco Lifestyle and is playing on a computer, please clear Origin's cache (Windows) or run the Origin reset tool (macOS), restart your computer, and try to download again.

You can start the download manually if it's not offered automatically. Open your Origin game library, click on the Sims 4 icon, select More > Expansion Packs, scroll down to Eco Lifestyle, and click Download. Please also make sure the pack isn't already installed—it would say Installed next to a green check mark under the pack description.

If you see a Buy Now button instead of Download, your payment may not have gone through. Check your billing history and your credit card or bank statement.

If this doesn't help, please post back listing your platform (Windows or macOS), your country, and what you see when you view Eco Lifestyle in the Expansion Packs list as described above.

Have not had luck getting the download for Eco Lifestyles? Thought it would already been downloaded?

Oh ? OK x) I think I might be stupid. I thought that with preorder you could download it as soon as you have the code. But we have to wait ? Thank you ^^ I'll wait till tomorrow then !

The release Date is June 4th. At least that is what it says on my account.

First country to get it was Australia 00:01 June 5 their time. Other countries get it on a rolling schedule ending in the US Midnight June 5 EDT.

Thanks for the information. I did not see that posted anywhere. Or even in an email would of been nice from Origin or EA. For the only information I had said June 4th release date.
I even went on the help chat and they told me to clear out cache and if that did not work reinstall. So, their own paid workers did not even know that it moved to the 5th. LOL, I guess I will wait a day.

@mateorick Just went back again and checked...Did not notice before it's says June 4, 2020 at 10pm MDT.

Darn I spent whole morning thinking I would play sooner.

Same thought here.... Account says it is delivered.... system says not downloaded. All good if they are doing a rolling download. I imagine their Servers are getting a little warm....

Why can't I download the new expansion? It's already well past the release deadline and when I begin my game, the World is not there. When I click on the World inside the game it takes be back to EA's website saying I've already purchased this. Yes, I have all the requirements necessary to download on PC. Yes, I've even repaired my game and the EP doesn't show up. I also deleted my LOCALCACHE.

@Sherryist Go to your game library and click Sims 4. Below the icon will be titles such as extra content, expansion packs, etc. Click expansion packs and scroll down to Eco Lifestyle. There should be a download button 🙂
