Eco Lifestyle not working

I have tried EVERYTHING and eco lifestyle is still appearing like the content is not installed when I load my game.

I have:

  • installed the pack
  • uninstalled the pack
  • reinstalled the pack
  • repaired the game
  • cleared the caches
  • made sure im not running legacy edition
  • restarted my computer
  • updated absolutely everything
  • have zero mods

The only thing I haven't done is completely uninstall sims which I dont want to do.
Any thoughts?

    Have you already checked if the pack is deactivated in Market Place?
