Okay so a “permanent” solution issss to download MCCC, let your sims call to find a job, then they should turn into the CAS version you want, then you go to MCCC >MCC CAS > Copy/ Paste > copy genetics then everytime they turn back to the pre CAS edit version you go to MCCC copy/paste again and select paste genetics.
if you have more than one sim this happens to, just copy something like their face or their body, just pasting the face should turn them back to their full CAS edits version! Hope this helps lol let me know if anyone found a truly permanent solution.
