Upon reinstalling the EA App and TS4, I noticed that for some reason, my game folder is saving to my downloads and not my documents. I double checked and I do not have OneDrive on and never have. I've also looked and both my documents and downloads are on the same user, not a different drive/profile. Is there any way to reroute it or is a reinstall my best bet?

icedoatcoffee Please list the location of the Documents directory as Windows sees it. (Your computer will have several Documents folders, but only one per user is designated as the directory.) Search in Windows for Command Prompt, open it, and enter this command:
reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders" /v "Personal"
Then post the result here. You can write [username] instead of your actual username if you want, but please leave the rest intact, and let me know if you see the wrong username.

Is there a way to redirect it so it's not in OneDrive since I don't use it?

Once Documents is back to the default location, see whether Sims 4 uses that location too.
