Electronic Arts folder sync pending in documents

Hi, I'm new to the mod and cc community/PC in general but I'm having some issues. I recently had to reset my PC because it was running extremely slow and I had no idea why. I just got it a few months ago and just two weeks ago it was acting weird. My sims 4 game ran really slow than usual or it'd take forever for it to load. I have an external drive and moved everything there to see if space was the issue and it still ran really slow. I put my mods in it as well and before I restarted my PC I took my external drive out. Now that I have everything installed again and my drive plugged in, my mods wont show up in my game and I had to delete all of them and reinstall The Sims 4 on my PC. Since I did that, my electronic arts folder in documents has these blue arrows that say "sync pending" for the Electronic Arts folder and everything inside it. I have no idea how to fix it or know how to make them go away. Can someone help me out please?
