Employees not showing up to Restaurant

Yes and I removed ALL OF THEM AND IT STILL HAPPENED.  

My issue is the restaurant.  My employees do not show up.  My household is not greater than 8.  Im not sure what your talking about. 

@yoblack I asked if you have more than 8 Sims and you said yes ...

More Dine out issues...Host is acting like a waiter, Guests are not seated.  This is happening in the old expac locations where I had established restaurants a long time ago.  The restaurant cannot be operated.  It is IMPOSSIBLE to open a restaurant in Sulani as the employees NEVER show up now I cant run my old restaurants either.  PLEASE FIX THIS!
