Sorry, it still is not working it keeps showing (not responding)
@kmaddalena123 Hmmm. All those steps are pretty exhaustive, which would suggest that this is a (very very strange) account issue or a local PC one.
Do you have a second PC that you can use to attempt to install the content? If so you can use this to if the issue is account related or not. If the issue persists then it would be account related, please contact support directly.
If the issue is only on the initial system, can you double check that you've taken all the steps in Kristi's post? There is quite a lot of stuff there, and if any steps fail that might be telling as to the source of the issue.
