I notice this from when I load my game and next to the "Resume" should be my playing sims face however this does not show and when I go into their CAS usually at the bottom left hand side should show their faces however the loading sign is there instead. When I go and play my game I am faced with an endless loading screen. Please can someone help me!!
@k3ndollxx Please test without mods, if you haven't already: move the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package.
If that doesn't help, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and let me know whether it works properly.
