Endless Loading Screen When Traveling

Help me! I was playing The Sims 4 and I want my Sim to travel to the Gym. So I go to the map and choose a gym in Willow Creek. The loading screen comes up and it takes FOREVER to end loading. I have ...

      Did you rename the entire user folder and see if it works then ?
