Hey, so I'm having some issues I was playing a file but now when I try to load the game it says I'm missing my packs and everything but I looked in the files and everything is there but even on origin it just says buy this pack. so I tried repairing the game...no change. then I read to clear the cache which I went through the steps but it says to delete everything but localcontent which isn't there (- a file called local.xml) so I haven't done that yet and I'm hesitant to do so as it may mess up more. if anyone got anything id appreciate it.

@EA_Solaire idk what the issue was but uninstalling and just copying the files back worked lost my save but thats not the end of the world. Ty for the help though

Make sure that you are logged in to the correct account.

Tried it and nothing old save still says missing packs and starting a new save also doesn't have them

Did you originally purchase these packs directly through Origin?

Please check the Order History for your account here- if you're not seeing any transaction details for these expansions in your order history, then you're most likely logging into the incorrect EA account. You'd need to login to the account that your packs were all originally purchased on, and you'll see everything in your game library available to download and play again.
