I cant run SIms 4 for some reason even though i have been able to in the past and other users on the same pc can

the error message that pops up is: 

Error 0e6d1221:1df4e8dc:0000012d:912c9c10

Can't run The Sims 4 with the video card in this system. Please check that the video card meets the minimum specifications and that the latest video drivers are installed.

I've already tried the following:

- disable origin in-game

- dowload the newest driver (geforce gtx 1660 super)

- repairing the game

I have no clue why this isnt working, its worked fine in the past, no issues. Laso, I am on Pc and have used mods in the past.
