ERROR 0x80000003 exception breakpoint

Hello, I've been having this problem for at least a week playing the Sims 4, I cleared game cache, repaired game, reinstalled, origin and the game it'self, merged CC. The most I could do is make the game run smoother but it still continues to crash and or freeze with the error message that reads 0x8000003 had occurred in one of my applications how do I fix this problem? Much appreciated.
