@misstrgal some good news: If you ignore the message and then try to load the lot again, it works. So basically:
1. Try loading lot
2. Get Error
3. Click ok on message
4. Go back to neighborhood
5. Load household.
Thank you so much for figuring this out, it never would have occurred to me to try it
