Error code 0 unable to save. Help!

error code 0- unable to save. Happening since December 2020. I seem to have done everything to fix it. Deleted all of my saves. I have never had mods or CC in my game. Saving from manage worlds. Uninstalling the whole game. Repairing the game. Nothing has worked. My windows pc works fine and has all it needs to run the sims 4 fine usually.
