Error code 102:78b59511:1bfa7b39

When I try to load a family,  it says 'error 102:78b59511:1bfa7b39 it is recommended that you relaunch your game'. What do I do? I have looked and looked, but I can't find anything.

    @crinrict It didn't work. COuld I try to uninstall and install?

when i was loading my household, suddenly a 102:78b59511:24e95c66 coded error appeared and it said that the game wont load, we advice to restart it. How can i fix this? please help asap!!
