Error code 102:901f58ed:14039d66

Hey,

I have all the sims 4 packs, no mods or cc.

This has happened to me before and i posted about this before but i cant find the post anywhere.

I got the error code 102:901f58ed:14039d66 when my sim travelled to another lot.

- I repaired my game, nothing.

- cleaned all cache files, nothing

- Moved them to another lot. Nothing.

- I removed that one sim who was travelling, out of the bigger household. The rest of the family works, only that one sims gives me this error. I dont want to loose the sim. All other families work normal.

This happened before in this same save file but different household. In that case i did not mind moving out that one sim and not to play that sim but this time i dont want to just fprget this sim.

I posted a pic of the error too.

What can i do?
