I tried :
- Repair Sims / Origin
- Reinstall Sims / Origin (difficult method after ccleaner, regedit...) 3 times (change folder D:/ to C:/)
- Change ransomware protection
- Run as admin / without antivirus / defender
- Change Origin location french/english and Sims langage french/english
But nothing works

- crinrict5 years agoHero+@willylimy I'm afraid we can't provide any help for cracked versions here.
This is the official EA forum and you might not wanna ask for help for a game you haven't actually bought.
Buy the game. It's the easiest solution to your problem. - crinrict5 years agoHero+@willylimy The solution is simple: Buy the game.

- crinrict5 years agoHero+@Mintyshakeu You have 3 for 2015-2019 .. what's the different for those ? Do you also have 2005 and 2008 installed ? not sure if those are needed anymore)
I uninstalled all but the 2015-2019 ones
I'm not sure why there's 3? I think they are all different versions
one says 14.28.29334.0
one says 14.27.29112.0
and the other one says 14.28.29910
And no I do not have 2005 and 2008 installed
- crinrict5 years agoHero+@Mintyshakeu I would uninstall all of them so you don't have anyhting and then reinstall the following:
- 2010
- 2012
- 2013
- 2015-2019
If that doesn't work, also install 2005 and 2008
Try the all-in-one runtime: https://sereby.org/site/All%20in%20One%20Runtimes&lang=en - 5 years ago
Hi! Unfortunately this hasn't worked, I tried getting both x64 and x86 as well and no luck. Any other options?
- crinrict5 years agoHero+@Mintyshakeu If it's not the redistributables, I don't know what's causing it.

Is there a way to report it to the developers?
