Hi,

I haven’t played The Sims 4 in about a year but I purchased some expansion packs so I updated origin, the sims 4 and downloaded the packs. Everytime I try to start up the game I received initialisation error at start up [135dec40:3fbbecd0:00000064:000000] I’ve tried so many solutions I’ve found online but nothings working.
