I had the same issue yesterday, and kept thinking it can't be the antivirus because I don't have one, I only use Microsoft Defender... but yes, indeed, Microsoft Defender was the issue. I added exclusions to the ransomware and virus protection settings for TS4_x64.exe and EADesktop.exe and now it works again!😃
