Error with redemed code

I have redeemed a code on EA for a sims extensions pack and it has just disappeared . it froze on downloading and I had to shut it down. I cant find the extension pack now and it wont let me redeem i...

If you're running into any issues with a code purchased through a 3rd party retailer, you'll need to reach back out to that retailer to look into a refund or replacement for this purchase.
