Iulia0112 For reference, please post a screenshot of this error message. I'm familiar with the general error but not the code you've listed, and I'd like to know if it means something specific enough to be helpful in the future.

If one of them helps, let me know which so I can tie it to your error code. If you still can't play, please post a dxdiag here, in this thread.
Either way, let me know whether the game in fact fails to launch at all, or it does launch and crashes later.
