ever since update can't use phone sims 4

Ever since the update where you can change the colour of the phone in the sims 4, I cannot use the phone. I press on it and in the far left hand corner it appears but the very bottom peeking out from the top so I cannot click on anything meaning everything is very difficult. I cannot work out how to put a picture on so yeah. I have a lot of mods installed so I wondered if any of them were conflicting with the new up date but not really any of them are to do with the phone.
