everything is showing up as empty lot!!!

So yesterday i went to play sims 4 and my sim and her house were perfectly fine. i went to go to the blue velvet club and as soon as it finished loading, it came up as an empty lot and no building, no nothing. I went back home, and my sims had to go to work and since she is a doctor i have the option to join her and so i did. Then again, when it finished loading, the hospital was gone! After i kept going to different lots the same thing kept happening again and again! I tried restarting my laptop and after that didn't work i just uninstalled it and reinstalled it again. But yet again its still not working! Then i tried going into build mode from manage worlds and it came up as an empty lot and when i exited back into the map, the building was gone completely from the map! i kept trying different lots in all the worlds but the same thing keeps happening! Does anyone know what is causing this? Can someone please help because i have spent a lot of money on this game and i can't even enjoy it since its not working. I am also playing this game on a 2015 macbook pro if that has anything to do with it but i don't think it does because my game was working perfectly fine a few weeks ago until i started playing it yesterday afternoon. sorry this is long i just want this problem solved ASAP!!!! please and thank you!! 🙂
