tryinnottosin​  You can delete the exclamation points and see what happens.  They're not necessary and might prevent the mods from working, although I'm not completely sure.

If that doesn't help, try downloading one of these mods using a different browser and see whether it works, not whether the name has a ! in it but whether the mod works as it should.

As for the problems with your mods, what exactly is happening?
