Emmabobber Sorry for the late reply. I meant to come back to this thread but forgot over the weekend. At any rate, please contact EA customer support to ask if there's anything wrong with your "entitlement" for Get to Work, for example a bad entitlement could override a good one. That's something only a support rep could fix for you.

Make sure you're signed into an EA site first, such as ea.com, and that the site's location is set to U.S. or U.K.
