Expansion pack won't load into the game and show as deactivated in the main menu

Hi, I am having an issue with my expansion packs. I bought 'The Sims 4: Lovestruck' and other DLCs officially via the EA App, but they show as 'Deactivated' in the main menu of the game. I am using a 64-bit Windows system, and I have already tried repairing the game, clearing the EA App cache, and reinstalling the app, reinstalling the game, all in diferent orders, but nothing worked. 

All what was written as possible solution, I have already tried. I am getting hopeless.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!
