Expansion packs aren't showing up in game
Yesterday i bought two packs but even though they were showing up in my EA app as installed and were showing up in my files as being there they weren't showing up in game. i uninstalled and reinstall...

oq0gi54crc98 Please open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether your packs are deactivated. If they are, you can reenable them with the Pack Selection button.
If that doesn't work correctly, try deleting UserSetting.ini, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. This file stores data about which packs are disabled.
