Expansion Packs Shared Between Accounts on Same PC?

Question

Turns out I somehow made two Sims4 accounts and all of the packs I purchased on the one account won't work on the other account even though the games are the same. Because I have only played on my PC. So the loaded games are the same but I can't share expansion packs with myself??

Can I refund the expansion pack I purchased with my accidental account or is there a way I can merge my accounts together so I can have access to my packs in one place?

Why does EA not actually provide customer support? Or how can you reach them?

@MeghanP99&nbsp; You can't share packs between two accounts; only the packs that your current account owns will load in-game.&nbsp; You may be able to get a refund for the packs bought on the second account, depending on when that happened and whether you can convince an EA customer support rep to help you.&nbsp; Or you can have your accounts merged.

Either way, I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email.&nbsp; If you don't see the option, try this link:

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
