Expansion Packs Won't Refresh - Cant Play

I have Sims 4 and many expansion and game packs. I havent played in quite some time and use to use origin. I logged in with the same account for EA and it just shows the base game. It has all of my saved games which shows all the expansion packs it uses and tells me that it won't work correctly until I refresh them. I have tried many troubleshooting things from these threads and others with no luck. I have email confirmations of these purchases - curious how to quickly rectify this so I can play?
