"Failed to create folder" - error.

Hi, I got the message that my game had become corrupted and needed repairing. See the attached image to see the issue I then run into when trying to repair the game. How do I proceed?  Best,  Ra...

I get the same pop-up message even after allowing those exeptions (see attached picture), + cache cleanse + allowing Sims 4 (which was allowed by my Avast from the start.)

I'm on a Windows 10 computer, with Avast Free Antivirus.
