Failed to launch game error

Hi, I usually never post on here for help, but I am genuinely stumped right now. My game was working perfectly fine yesterday. I go to open my game today, and I get hit with the "failed to launch game" error. My game will run the loading screen for about 5 seconds until it exits me out completely. 

I've tried pretty much everything I've seen as a fix for this. I've combed through so many guides, watched youtube videos, etc. I've cleared my cache, deleted my mods folder, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, set exceptions in antivirus, and I have directx 9 mode on,  but the error is still popping up. I'm truly at a loss at this point :(
