I bought the Enchanted by Nature pack. For some reason, the fairies aren't even working, even when I made one of my Sims become a fairy with wings and all that good stuff. When they transform into their fairy form, they are still wearing their regular human clothes. This honestly sucks, and I was so excited to play with fairies.
bat1207 If you use any mods or custom content at all, please remove your Mods folder and test again. You don't need to save your progress.
If that doesn't help, or you don't use mods or custom content, please clear the EA App's cache:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
and repair the game: EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair.
