@Jentk7 This is an older issue that should be fixed. To be sure it's happening again, could you try if repairing the game helps ?
1. Close the game
2. Right-Click on the game in Origin
3. Hit Repair game.

    I repaired the game and the issue was resolved, but then when my sim accepted another job the issue arose again. I did not receive the approved photo in the mail. I tried repairing and re-starting the game, but the issue was not fixed. I did not get the approved photo in time and failed the assignment.

      @Jentk7 You need to send another photo for approval and that should fix the issue.
