I repaired the game and the issue was resolved, but then when my sim accepted another job the issue arose again. I did not receive the approved photo in the mail. I tried repairing and re-starting the game, but the issue was not fixed. I did not get the approved photo in time and failed the assignment.

@Jentk7 You need to send another photo for approval and that should fix the issue.
