File does not exist
Hi all, I have come across a new issue and it keeps saying file doesn't exist and I'm not sure how to fix this. Thank you in advance.

puzzlezaddict I am trying to install the sims 4, closed the EA app and the background app but i still couldn't delete the folder. I had created new ones and changed the download location but when it gets to 66% it says file doesn't exist.
