@1dbetterwords Someone mentioned this on the forum once, they copied the folder (the "my documents" one, but they didn't mention whether they used onedrive) to their desktop and then suddenly the images appeared for them. You could try that?

If you're still unsure about the cloud sync part and you use origin, you can check whether the cloud sync setting is on in the app though! Iirc ea app no longer has this feature.
If all else fails, you could try taking out your entire sims 4 folder, launch the game, exit, restore your saves in the new sims 4 folder and see if your screenshots show up again?
