Hi @DARKPOWER1,
Welcome to Answers HQ! :eahigh_file:
If the game works well without mods, it means one or more of your mods need to be updated as well.
With every update, game files change to add new features and fix bugs. When the game files are updated, some mods need to be updated as well to work with the new version of the game. Downloading updated versions of your mods should solve the issue 😉
You can learn more about this here: https://help.ea.com/help/the-sims/the-sims-4/mods-and-the-sims-4-game-updates/
Also, I've edited your post to make it more readable - I understand you want help, but such formatting just makes things difficult to read. Please, avoid abusing the formatting options in the future. You can find the complete forum rules here.

Hi @DARKPOWER1,
I'm not sure I understand what you mean, what have you tried exactly? Updating your mods?
If that didn't help, then you can try removing them all, and adding them back in small bunches. Try the game after including each group of mods until you find the one(s) causing the issue, and remove those.
Cheers,
