My guess is that our government has blocked something 😢.
Usually we can use VPN for this kind of issue, like we connect to Instagram or some other websites. But in this case VPN doesn't help at all.
Just wonder whether EA is going to fix this problem, or you can do nothing about this either (which is totally understandable).

i stay in the UK and i have the exact same problem i cant go online and when ever i try to go online it says that one or more of the sims online services are down and to try again later this has been the same for 3 days.
