We are aware of a general issue that occurred yesterday, but was resolved soon after.

EA StaffI have not heard that there was anything done on our side to resolve this issue. Whatever was preventing your connection may have been out of our control.

@SimQARobo @EA_Mai Even so, I hope you will continue to investigate the reasons why the gallery was unable to work before to avoid this problem again.Please let me know if there is any result of the investigation. It is not a good thing to solve this problem automatically.
