- Do you have this issue only on a particular save game or on all of them ? No problem until about an hour ago on the 30th of December, now nothing works anymore. That is to say, it keeps loading back to the map with old households and also with newly created households
- Can you start a new game for testing purposes ok ? Starting is OK, no problem creating Sims, problems occur when trying to move in to a lot
- Do the backups of the saves work (Here's instructions how to access them) ? don't know, not that savvy
- If they do, do they corrupt after a while too ? n/a
- Do you have any lastexception.txt files in documents\electronicarts\thesims4\ ? If so, please zip them up (all of them) and upload to mediafire or dropbox and post the link here. about 6 of them, unabl to zip and upload because of limited data

Questions about your save game
- Have you been switching families or played one ? switching
- Do you remember what careers/aspiration the Sims in your household were in ? all kinds of different things. the problem first occured when I wanted to travel to the park with one Sim (girl, teens, aspiration botanist, career highschool and barista)
- Are there children/teens in your family ? yes, one child & one teen in the family it crashed on
- If you started a new game and had this issue, did you put in an older Sims family or completly start over from scratch ? after several attempt to load different households that already existed, I tried creating new Sims, all goes well until the part where I need to move in to a new lot which is when it keeps loading to the map
- Anything else you think important (no rants please) ? nothing I can think of except that it's annoying and I want to plaaaaay!! 🙂
