Floating items outside lot

My save file is experiencing the for rent bug, and is slowly becoming more and more corrupted, and I’m currently in the process of saving my builds and families to transfer to a fresh save. Right now Brindleton Bay has just become corrupted and all the lots have reset to their default state, but for some reason a massive amount of random items have also been generated floating above the lot. the items are from many different packs and kits, so definitely not something that should be auto generated in Brindleton Bay. It looks to be an apartment building, as there’s multiple beds and things on various levels, does anyone recognize this or know what could have caused it?
