For rent pack keeps disappearing

Try deleting the pack data: the EP15 folder directly in The Sims 4 as well as the EP15 folder in \The Sims 4\Delta. Repair the game and download the pack again.
If this doesn't help, please list the location where you've installed the game. Please also let me know where you bought For Rent, for example directly from EA or Steam or from a third party.
