For Rent Purchase Marked Complete But Won’t Download

I have all DLC and my purchase history has “Complete” next to For Rent DLC. It’s not making sense why. I see that there were workarounds in December that are suggested but it does not work for me tod...

Unfortunately we cannot help with any type of account actions, which means we aren't able to help reinstate this pack to your account. @EA_Solaire It is marked as owned still. Despite refreshing app cache and signing out. There is no option to repurchase at all.

    @EA_Solaire No, it is still marked as owned, in library. Also just has download option when on the pack's page.

    @EA_Solaire I actually have a screenshot of the funds being sent back to EA on the 26th of January. Do I need to post it here? Does that mean I have the rights to the pack again?

    I have had all of my tickets be dismissed even when I was about to repurchase the DLC. I am not sure what to do at this point. I have never had any issue and feel that after having purchased EVERY single pack prior to this incident with no hitch, it shouldn't be so harsh that I get barred from any type of help or clarity... (this isn't me saying YOU aren't helping me, I'm just genuinely shocked at how an accident, not at all purposeful situation essentially makes me the worst of the worst..)
