One of the default noses has a facial glitch on kids

I noticed a kid in the Greenburg family has a weird facial glitch going on. After messing around with different categories for awhile I determined it is one of the default noses. It only affects kids, when I age this sim up or down he looks fine. And his mom (Nina Greenburg) looks fine unless you age her down to a kid and her face looks the same. I'm assuming this happened with the new update the other day because this wasn't happening before.
