Forever full, never weary and forever fresh is not working sims 4 pc

Perhaps try re-applying the traits again?

Press Ctrl-Shift-C and type into the command box: testingcheats on

Then while on the targeted sim type in for the following traits:

• traits.remove_trait NeverWeary
• traits.remove_trait ForeverFresh
  
• traits.remove_trait ForeverFull

Then, target each sim again and type in the command box:

• traits.equip_trait NeverWeary
• traits.equip_trait ForeverFresh
• traits.equip_trait ForeverFull

That may help re-enable the trait. If that doesn't work, you could always just disable need decay. To do this, shift-click your sim and go to "Cheat Need.." and then select "Disable Need Decay."
