I'm sorry, I don't know how to read the Event Viewer information or the LastCrash.txt. But was wondering if you've tried Turning off Origin in game, and windowed mode?
Turn off Origin in game:
In Origin - Application Settings - Origin In-Game. Turn this off. As sometimes it causes issues with the game.Start the game in Windowed mode:
In Origin - Games Library tab, right-click on Sims 4 and select Game Properties - In the Command Line Arguments, add the following text: -w and click Okay.I already turned off Origin in-game and ran it in windowed mode.
